Company, 1932. First Edition. Cloth-backed boards. First book entirely 
written and illustrated by Robert Gibbings, perhaps best known for his 
work with the Golden Cockerel press. Copy #203 of 385 copies SIGNED by 
the author on the limitation page. Small owner ink stamp on front 
pastedown. Spine faded, as often the case, the lettering still readable. 
Near Fine in a Very Good or better, intact slipcase with the decorated

ISLANDS IN THE COURSE OF TWO CRUISES ON THE YACHT "CASCO" (1888) AND THE 
SCHOONER "EQUATOR" 1889. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1896. First 
American Edition. Original light red cloth stamped in gilt. Precedes the 
English edition by four years. Illustrated with a fold-out color map of 
the South Seas. Small, early owner ink stamp on the front endpaper. 
Light wear to the head of the spine which is mildly sunned. Small, light 
stain to front bottom corner; some rubbed marks to the rear cover. Very
