manuscript. In a bound book, "The Girl Graduate, Her Own Book," designed
and illustrated by Louise Perrett & Susan K. Smith, published by Reilly &
Britton Co., Chicago. Heavy gray stock, some pages illustrated in yellow.
Binding of cloth-backed boards with floral design and cover stamped in
gilt, yellow and green. Spine lightly rubbed, minor shadow on cover.  9.25"
x 6" Very Good. Cloth-backed pictorial boards.
Contents include: six snapshots of classmates; signatures of 73 classmates
and 26 teachers; printed invitations to Commencement (2 copies in
envelope), to Alumni Reception (in envelope), and to special dinner (with
menu) at Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Hotel; printed programmes for the
Reception, for the June 20 Class Day Exercises (6pp in envelope), and for
June 18-22 Closing Exercises (2 copies); Ms. Baillie's handwritten
descriptions of social events during her Senior year and of her white-lace
graduation gown; handwritten copy of Dr. Haines's Baccalaureate address;
Camden High School Songs & Yells (8-page booklet); CHS Musical Clubs
(20-page booklet with lyrics); large photo-illustrations of the baseball,
football and track teams, and of the class play "Comedy of Errors"; news
clippings (10pp re graduation); 24 news photos of various class members;
several pages of essays on Shakespeare, written by students. (#036466)
