[Rarebooks] Query: WTSW? 1953 computer manual

Friends -
I have a chance to buy this January,  1953 Programming Univac System 
manual 1.  Pub by Remington Rand Univac, 239 pages. I'm not a manual (or 
computer) expert but am guessing this is early as computers go.
Is anyone in the group able to help me price this thing? Or know who is 
a specialist (what field - computers, manuals, ephemera?). Or must this 
be sold to a library? Should I just walk away from it?  Help? Thanks. Madlyn
