[Rarebooks] Query: African American Catalogue

Friends:
I found an old catalogue of primarily African American items, 
unfortunately without a cover or title page. p.1 talks about the term 
"rare" and continues to p.2 with "C.F.H." being the only identifying 
credit.

There are 222 pages in this stapled catalogue with 2270 items. The pages 
are yellowed and I don't know when it was issued. Does anyone know an 
African American specialist from the "old days" with the initials C.F.H. 
and when/where s/he was in business?
