The Deluxe Edition of 500 numbered copies, in a special "wallet" full tan calf binding, stamped in green, with a fighting swordfish on front cover. T.e.g. Some minor rubbing at edges and an old 1" repair at head of spine (this portion had once cracked off). This copy inscribed by Ralph Bandini below his tipped-in frontispiece portrait.
