Folio. 2 part in 1, each with its own title page. (32),714,(2);(10),3-119,(1)pp. Large woodcut device on both titles and another large woodcut device at the end of both parts. Cont. full calf, both covers with a large central gilt ornament, with "IHS" stamped in the center. Spine rebacked at an early date, with the old gilt spine laid down. A lovely, clean copy in a nice original binding. Title page with an inscription by its first owner, dated 1568. Unfortunately we are not able to decipher the inscription or the owner's name.    $850.00 (trade discount allowed)
