[Rarebooks] FS: Pulitzer Prize Winning ARROWSMITH, price greatly reduced

On this day in 1930 Sinclair Lewis won the Nobel Prize in Literature 
despite having turned down the Pulitzer Prize awarded him for 
/Arrowsmith/ in 1926.  Here is a beautiful copy of the SIGNED Limited 
Edition of that Pulitzer winner with the price greatly reduced from 
$2000 to $1400 net.

Edition. Cream cloth spine with paper spine label and blue boards. Copy 
#61 of 500 SIGNED copies of this Pulitzer Prize winner made into a film 
directed by John Ford and starring Helen Hayes. Extra spine label tipped 
in at the rear. Very short tear and crease to front free endpaper; minor 
soiling to spine label. The original slipcase has some edgewear and 
peeling of the black paper. The top has been repaired with cellophane 
tape. Near Fine in a Good example of the slipcase. (#009064)
