Bound by Bayntun of Bath in three-quarter crimson morocco over cloth, marbled endpapers, top page edges gilt; 8vo; 360 pp. with the half-title, frontispiece and numerous full-page and in-text engravings.

A later artist's take on the character made popular by Thomas Rowlandson. Very light rubbing and wear to the binding; mild toning to the leaves, with a few occasional small spots or touches of soiling; otherwise clean and sound, firmly bound in a bright, appealing morocco binding.
