CUM COMMENTARIIS ... PER CLAUDIUM MINOEM ... SUMMA CUM DILIGENTIA 
EXCUSA. Paris: Marnef & Cavellat, 1583. Octavo (4-1/4" x 6-3/4") bound 
in later calf-backed boards with a leather spine label. [16], 717, [3] 
pages. Illustrated with 211 small emblem woodcuts, including 14 of 
trees, and a winged griffin colophon device. Green 104 notes that the 
cuts for this edition are attributed to Cousin though Woeiriot has been 
mentioned as an engraver. Landwehr, Romantic 82. One of many editions to 
be published in the 16th and 17th centuries. Leather a little dry but 
hinges sound and contents clean and complete. Near Fine example of this
