Signed limited edition, 1/250 copies. Folio; Unpaginated; Seventy-seven black and white drawings, several double page plates, one double page color plate. Full suede covers. Howes R-204. w.a.f (With All Faults). A binding copy; This copy suffers the following defects; the binding is very worn, boards are attached but some pages are loose, spine ends are exposed, with tape repairs, the leather has been worn away on the spine ends. All preliminaries and all plates listed in the collation by McCracken in "Frederic Remington, Artist of the Old West" are present including the double page color plate, "Caught In The Circle". Caption for this color plate is printed in blue and red" which is the first state point in the printing history. On the verso of the front board is the "inserted publication notice slip signed by Remington". This is copy #62 of 250 copies. We could not find any copies of this signed limited edition offered on the databases through via libri.
