A Hoosick Falls, New York Billhead & Letter Regarding a Gravestone Gone 
Bad.

DISCUSSION: A billhead (undated, but printed "189_") from Hoctor Bros., 
"Marble and Granite Monuments, American and Italian Marble", to Chas. 
Adams, for a granite marker in centre Cemetery.

With- a letter, dated March 14, 1907, also from Hoctor Brothers, to Mr. 
Chas. Adams- "Dear Sir, Yours at hand and in reply would say that we 
will replace the marker in your lot just as soon as the weather will 
permit. Of course we are at a total loss (illegible) the (illegible) we 
erected there and the only way we can get a little of it back is to 
replace it although we put in just what we had orders for we wished to 
see you satisfied and will replace the marker accordingly".

DESCRIPTION & CONDITION NOTES: 2 pieces. 8.5"x7" and 8.5"x11". Minor 
soil, light wear. $50-
