octavo volumes (5-3/4" x 9") bound in decorated red linen and housed in 
two slipcases. Numerous full-page color lithographs and black and white 
drawings in the text, as well as color endpaper and cover designs, by 
Barnett Freedman. Translated by Louis and Aylmer Maude. Copy #511 of 
1500 SIGNED by the artist with his thumbprint in red ink on the 
colophon. Fine in lightly worn glassines and Near Fine slipcases, the 
slipcase for the first three volumes with a gouge at the top center of
