Original manuscript. One page, docketed on verso. Written neatly in sepia
ink on watermarked, laid paper; old fold marks. 12.25" x 7.75" Very Good.
In part: "the said David by Jonathan Deare his Attorney...says that the
said Christopher the Day and Year aforesaid in the Declaration aforesaid
mentioned at New Brunswick...within the Jurisdiction of this Court, of his
own wrong without such Cause by him [,] the said Christopher in Pleading
alleged--on him the said David an Assault did make, and him the said David
did beat, wound and ill treat....[signed by Jonathan Deare, Attorney]."
