Wrappers are bound in including front wrapper with illustration.  Ownership stamp on front wrapper and on front pastedown. 

Some age toning of paper. Binding quarter leather with marble boards. Corners are worn as is head and foot of spine. Page 9 has very close trim in right margin with loss of a few letters. 

OCLC list 6 copies of the First American edition.   Scarce and ephemeral printing of this Trollope title.
