First edition thus; 12mo (16.5 cm) in original publisher's printed wraps; 34 pp.; front cover and title-page vignettes and 7 engraved plates (complete). Cohn 692.

First Cruikshank edition of this farce which was first produced in 1810. Spine splitting, light soiling to the wraps, corners a trifle bumped, else very good. And very funny. Now protected in a mylar jacket. An uncommon Cruikshank title, especially so in the original wraps.
