QUEEN VICTORIA (1819-1901). Clipped signature, accompanied by an antique commemorative brooch or pin bearing Victoria's portrait. Matted, framed and glazed (frame size: 13 3/4" x 7 3/4"). The year of the brooch is uncertain, though quite possibly it was issued to commemorate Victoria's Diamond Jubilee in 1897. Some browning to the signature; brooch appears to be in very good condition; not examined out of frame.
