[William Heath:] Sketches of Character No. 4. [AND] Sketches of Character — the inside passenger. No. 7. London: Thomas McLean [ca. 1829-30]. Two hand-colored etchings, 9 3/8 x 14 in. Trimmed and mounted on paper backing; a few small stains and traces of soiling. Both prints with the (clipped) figure of "Paul Pry" in the lower-left corner, and the first lettered at the bottom: "Pub. by T. McLean 26 Haymarket where Political and other Caricatures are daily Pub—." BM Satires (undescribed). Two fat and unhappy travelers, one a ship's passenger the other a coach passenger, from the series,"Sketches of Character," by William Heath, aka "Paul Pry."
