Addresses." Foreword by President Lyndon B. Johnson. A specially bound 
presentation issue, presumably issued in a very small quantity and 
uncommon on the market, especially when SIGNED, as this copy is, by 
Jacqueline Kennedy on the front endpaper "with appreciation." Some 
rubbing along spine edges, still a Very Good copy in the original 
slipcase covered with marbled paper matching the book's endpapers.
