GEORGE IV (1762-1830). Large, bold signature as Regent ("George P.R."), beneath a notation (in another hand): "In the name and on the Behalf of His Majesty." With more ms. text in the same hand (clipped) on the verso. On laid paper, measuring 7 3/4 x 3 3/8 in. Light wear, creasing and toning; later penciled note at the top. Accompanied by a typed, signed invoice from prominent Oxford autograph dealer John Wilson.
