Two volumes, tall 8vo ( 9 1/4 in.), uniformly rebound in three-quarter morocco and green moiré cloth, top page edges gilt, marbled endpapers; 314, 319 pp., with the half-titles and frontispieces.

Handsomely bound set of Justice Holmes's opinions, uncommon thus. Modest wear to the edges and extremities, one corner bumped, mild toning to the edges of the text blocks, else very clean and sound, firmly bound, seemingly unread.
