Orig. vellum. Some old worming at lower inner margin, occasionally touching a letter. Some light text soiling, and a 1/2" round oil lamp stain, on the title page. With the bookplate of Eva Scott Fenyes (1849-1930), collector of Spanish colonial history and conservator of the California missions.    $4,500.00 (trade discount allowed)
The issue with the catchword "pro" at the end of the index.
