NIXON, Richard. TYPED LETTER SIGNED (TLS) to his architect with 
HOLOGRAPH POSTSCRIPT. Woodcliff Lake, NJ, 24 Sept. 1993. Fine letter on 
his personal stationery SIGNED with initials to Eleanore Petterson, a 
Frank Lloyd Wright trained architect who worked on two of Nixon's homes, 
both referred to in Nixon's HOLOGRAPH POSTCRIPT to the letter: "Mrs. 
Nixon greatly enjoyed our Town House in Bear's Nest, as well as the home 
in Saddle River. You did a great job on both!" Included is a candid 
color snapshot photograph of Mrs. Nixon and Pettersen along with a few 
associates. Photo is stamped on reverse: "Convention Photographers
