bound in modern red cloth, complete but for the original endpapers, 
half-title page, errata sheet, and list of plates. Illustrated with 17 
aquatint plates, 9 engraved plates, and 3 engraved folding maps. Library 
bookplate on front endpaper and small blindstamp to title page, a few 
text pages, and most of the plates. One page with vertical tear across, 
neatly repaired; a few other pages with minor repairs. Mild to moderate 
foxing. Very Good.
