Together, five volumes, 8vo (18 cm), uniformly bound in full polished calf by Riviere & Son, with gilt-tooled spines and turn-ins, gilt-lettered morocco spine labels, top page edges gilt. Modest wear and rubbing to the spines, joints and extremities, small chip from the head of one spine, minor scuff mark to one board; some foxing to the (blank) endpapers, light toning to the edges of the text blocks, else very clean and sound, firmly bound. Bookplates of department store heir Harold Leufroi Chalifoux. A handsome set.
