Elephant folio, measuring 52 x 32.5 cm (20 1/2 x 13 in), in early/original moiré cloth; [4], xxii, [2], 362 pp.

An uncommon collection of manorial extents in Caernarvon and Anglesey, mainly 14th-century, with other related records. Text in Latin and Welsh; introduction in English by Henry Ellis. Binding lacking the backstrip, front and rear boards loosened but still attached, stains from old tape repairs to the joints; contents with occasional small spots and light damp-staining, a bit of mustiness, two leaves protruding  slightly from the text block with wear to the fore-edges, a few penciled marginal notes and dog-eared corners, else quite clean.
