frontispiece and five other engraved plates. Bound in black morocco, ruled
spine with gilt decorations and title, gilt-ruled panels with rosettes on
both covers, dentelles, all edges gilt, gilt seal of Winchester College on
both boards. Foxing to engravings, else fine.  6.5" x 3.75".
Provenance: Prize binding with Winchester College seal gilt-stamped on
cover. Mounted on the pastedown is a presentation slip in Latin,
accomplished by hand: "Hoc Praemium [to] Gulielmo Cosway...1841."     $85.00
