OF THE COMPANY, HELD AT WINCHESTER HOUSE, OLD BROAD ST. E.C., ON WEDNESDAY,
29TH JULY 1891. C.C. MacRae, Esq., presiding. Original manuscript. 56pp,
small folio, neatly handwritten in sepia ink on lined paper. This document
reports on the proceedings of a committee that met in London to "represent
the interests of the Wabash debenture holders." Members of the committee
are named. The topic was a proposed extension of the Wabash Railway from
Detroit to Chicago, and the upshot of this meeting was to leave the
question of the extension to the Board of the Wabash Railroad in New York.
Sewn into modern marbled wrappers, with the original paper label mounted on
the back cover rather than the front. 13" x 8.25" Very Good. Marbled
