index; illustrated by Margot Carter; black pictorial cloth lettered in 
white in an unclipped dust jacket; very good in a good or better jacket 
that is rubbed. "Value Added Alert"; laid in is a card from the 
publisher announcing that "the 400" & "Le Coq Rouge" have closed but 
will be replaced by two tip-in pages of additions that will be sent to 
the owner if they return this postcard. It also announces a second 
edition to be printed that is "under way".
