Bigmore & Wyman III p. 12: "One of the most interesting works a printer 
can possess." This copy lacks the Nichols portrait and contains a brief 
note by a well-known bibliographer stating that he knows of three copies 
that lack the portrait. Binding rubbed. Contents aged but clean. Good.
