Society. Read March 20, 1832. s.l.: s.n., 1832. Small folio. pp: 10, 13-19,
71-76 pages : one b&w plate (sternum and trachea), two full-color plates
(fishes: The Graining, The Azurine; Apteryx Australis). The b&w plate has
spotty foxing; the color plates are clean. Bound in paper-backed blue
boards; spine perished, boards loose. 12.5" x 10" Good . Original Boards.
Presentation copy. Written large on the title leaf: "Academy of Natural
Sciences / of Philadelphia / From the author / London / Sept. 29th, 1833."
Unused Academy bookplate on front pastedown, no accession marks. [WorldCat
