Original document. Three illustrations from photographs show men working
with horses and wagons, laying a concrete road. The large, readable text
explains why concrete roads should be built, citing experiences in Detroit
and Pittsburgh, comparing installation costs of concrete roads with the
ongoing expense of trying to maintain dirt roads, &c. Printed in black ink
on heavy gray stock, original folds. 25" x 20". Very Good.
