LIMITED EDITION of 450 copies, designed and printed by Patrick Reagh,
Printers. "Ford's etching of the California missions, perhaps the most
frequently reproduced depictions of these structures, were influential
in drawing the attention of the public to them. His ambitious text which
was to have been illustrated with his art remained incomplete upon his
death. Portions of that work are here published for the first time."
