T.e.g. Some rubbing but an above average copy with the gilt lettering still bright. Laid in at front is a color printed postal card with an autograph note signed by Butler (about 65 words), to Alfred Cathie, postmarked Wasson (Switzerland) on Sept. 20, 1900. The book is housed in a custom made cloth portfolio and 1/2 red morocco slipcase (minor rubbing).    $600.00 (trade discount allowed)
