The world of Edwardian athletics, with chapters on Running, Cross-country running, Field events, Jumping, Hurdles, Athletics in London and in Public Schools, International Athletics, Starting, judging, and clocking races, etc. Rather uncommon: OCLC locates only 6 copies in libraries worldwide. Some rubbing, soiling and edge-wear to the binding; crease to the last leaf, a few leaves creased at the corners, browning to the endpapers, text lightly toned with a few scattered spots; else quite clean and sound.
