No date (circa 1820). 12 section hand colored paper map on linen. The unfolded map is 12-1/4" x 21-1/2". The map is attached to the original purple cloth (faded) folder with printed paper label stained green, "A New Plan of Brighton, and Its Environs, From Actual Surveys." Folder a bit soiled.
