With blank leaf G4. Title printed in red only. Leaf A4 verso and A5 recto printed in red & black. Cont. vellum, somewhat soiled and with a few worm holes. Title somewhat soiled and with early ink ownership inscription. Final 8 leaves with an old water stain at lower and outer margin. Final leaf with outer edge blank margin trimmed away, not affecting text, other than the loss of the final two "I's" in the roman numeral of the leaf  "CLXXVIII."
