Fine condition.Provenance: Written at top of cover, "Jany 26, 1882" with
stamp of the Utah Territorial Library. This is the anti-Mormon Governor
Murray's address to the Territorial Assembly, in part making a case for
Utah statehood, and calling on the Mormon Church to scale back its
involvement in the political affairs of Utah. At the time, Arthur Thomas
was Acting Governor of Utah Territory.  [Flake, Mormon Bibliography, 9365.
OCLC locates only four holdings, three in Utah and one at UC-Berkeley.]
