State Printing, 1893.
First edition; octavo; pp; 47; original printed green paper wrappers; 
wrappers are chipped at edges and detached but present, else the 
pamphlet ic complete and very good, there is a presentation stamp on the 
title page from "E. C. Voorheis" and an institutional stamp on the front 
wrapper that is unreadable, and an acquisitions number, overall a scarce 
very good copy; Voorheis was a Republican politician from Sutter Creek 
California. There are no original copies being offered in the trade on 
the cyber-databases.
