A rare edition of Massialot's culinary classic. This edition includes an additional 68 pages (44 in Vol. 1, and 24 in Vol. 2) of recipes for ragouts by chef Vincent de la Chapelle. The OCLC only records 1 copy at the Bibliotheque Nationale, which collates the same as ours. Also, this edition not found in standard sources such as Vicaire or Bitting.
