House Journal of the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Colorado. Sixth Session. Held at Golden City, December 3d, 1866. Central City: David C. Collier, printer, Miners’ Register Office, 1867. Tall 8vo (22 cm; 8 3/4 in.) bound in early/original pebbled cloth with gilt-lettered title to the front board; 153 pp. Light bumping/wear to the binding extremities, some soiling to the title-page which has been repaired at the upper fore-corner; a previous owner, possibly the “W. W. Young” whose penciled signature is on the front flyleaf, has gone through the book and marked (in varying shades of pencil) every mention of Peter Winne, a member of the assembly, and the Eagle Irrigating Ditch Company; otherwise clean.
