With all 11 plates including the frontispiece, folding map and folding plan, and a double leaf facsimile autograph letter from Toussaint Louverture, and with the famous plate of Toussaint at p. 241 often lacking. Bound in early 20th century 3/4 polished brown calf over brown silk. Gilt spine with green morocco label.
