The Book Elves have always fancied themselves entrepreneurs, and having
plenty of time to sit around the Cataloging Cave watching
late-late-night tv infomercials, they have quite the track record of
heartbreaking near-misses. Suzanne Sommers' lawsuit ended the brief
success of their ThighBlaster; Gonzo Knives would probably have sold

and a few minor tweaks might have avoided the unfortunate malfunctions
of their 'Clap On, Clap Off' Toilet Flusher.

So after they discovered, too late, that Dan Akroyd's 'Bassomatic' was
actually a parody, the Book Elves finished our latest catalog-
