This is the very rare first edition of Lyon's Hebrew grammar. The ESTC records only 1 copy in America, at the Hebrew Union College. This is Stephen Sewall's (1734-1804) copy. Sewall was the Hebrew instructor at Harvard University as well as the librarian of Harvard College in 1762 and 1763. Also in 1763 Sewall edited and published the second Hebrew grammar published in America, titled, "An Hebrew Grammar Collected Chiefly From Those of Mr. Israel Lyons and the Rev. Richard Gray." See Roth MAGNA BIBLIOTHECA ANGLO-JUDAICA, (1937) p. 365.
