Publisher's deluxe binding of 1/2 dark green morocco, pictorial gilt tooled spine, over marbled boards, expertly rebacked with the original spine strip laid back down. T.e.g. A de-acquisitioned copy (in 1962) from the "Linnean Society of London" library with its bookplate, mounted library rules, etc. No markings on the binding.
