silver decoration on the front cover and silver lettering on the spine.
First Illustrated Edition with drawings and designs by Harold von
Schmidt, published two years after the novel's first appearance. Copy
#80 of only 170 numbered copies SIGNED by the author of what most
consider her greatest achievement. Very mild and faint spotting to
vellum which maintains a fresh, bright white color. Fine copy, lacking
