1900s Helena Montana Countryside Photo Album.

A small album of countryside and portrait images with one overview of 
Helena from a hillside with some points of interest, including the 
photographer’s house, marked. Eleven of the 12 photos have small pieces 
of paper with penned descriptions tucked behind the photo; the album was 
apparently prepared for a friend to show what life in the Helena area 
was like.

Album with 12 silver gelatin snapshots on 12 pages. Album about 6”x5”, 
photos 4.5”x2.75” and 3.25”x5.5”. Photos tip-glued to the paper, with 
small pieces of paper with descriptions loosely inserted behind 11 of 
the 12 photos. Minor wear. [47098]  $125

All payments must be in U.S. funds and negotiable through a U.S. bank; 
We accept checks, money orders, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. 
Books may be reserved pending payment; Institutions may be billed; 
Standard courtesies to institutions and the trade; Postage charges are 
$5.00 for the first book, and $2.00 for each additional book. Shipments 
outside the U.S. will be billed at cost. We accept returns if we are 
notified within ten days of your receipt of the books-please ask for 
full instructions and terms. Massachusetts residents must add 6.25% 
state sales tax.
