Gallery, 1953. First Edition. Ashbery's first book, a 23-page chapbook 
in sewn decorated paper wraps, one of only 300 copies printed. 
Illustrated with four drawings by Jane Freilicher. In this copy two of 
the plates are duplicated giving a total of six plates. Wrappers neatly 
strengthened internally with professional paper repairs to a few small 
chips at the top and bottom as well as to the bottom margin of a few 
pages towards the end. Near Fine example of this scarce book.
