Woodcut device on title page. Orig. mottled calf, gilt tooled spine, with spine label. A very small wormhole goes through the text from cover to cover, touching many single letters but not affecting the readability.    $850.00 (trade discount allowed)
This treatise by Bartolache (1739-1790) is possibly the first historiographical study of the Virgin of Quadelupe. The final 12 pages are an alphabetical list of subscribers. Palau 25095.
