Edition. Decorated yellow cloth stamped in black. Illustrated by Phyllis
A. Trery. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author on the title page: "To dear
La Motte who was a cog/in my wheel of fate/Gwladys/Sept. 6, 1929." Also
SIGNED by Shaw on the half-title page beneath an illustration of a
monkey on a branch: "I do not recognize myself/in this./G. Bernard
Shaw." Covers a little soiled, wear at spine tips with a chip at the
heel and a few puncture marks at the top; contents clean. Very Good,
