the color of the silk-screen illustrations. Translated by Enid McLeod
with an introduction by Robert Phelps. Copy #333 of 2000 numbered copies
illustrated with three full-page silk-screen plates and nine in-text
vignettes by Francois Gilot, former lover of Picasso and mother of two
of his children and later the wife of Jonas Salk, developer of the
anti-polio vaccine. SIGNED by the artist on the colophon page. Monthly
Letter laid in. Slight rubbing to spine. Fine in a Fine slipcase.
